BFORIGIN GROUP (ZHEJIANG) CO.,LTD.is a professional toilet seat manufacturer founded in 1995, integrating R&D, manufacturing, and global export.
We operate three production facilities — including our overseas factory in Thailand — enabling stable capacity, competitive lead times, and flexible OEM/ODM support for customers worldwide.
We specialize in producing high-quality toilet seats across a wide product range, including molded wood, MDF, UV, printing, veneer, Duroplast (UF), PP, and soft series, with soft-close, quick-release, and custom design options that meet various international standards.

Production Capacity&Facilities

Our factory covers over 100,000 m² and operates with more than 300 skilled workers and 40 office staff.
With complete in-house production lines — from mold design, compression molding, injection, painting, assembly to final inspection — we ensure strict quality control at every step.
Annual capacity exceeds 8,000,000 pcs, with a monthly output of around 800,000 pcs.

Quality Control&Certifications

We are ISO 9001:2015 certified, and all products comply with CE, REACH, UPC, and EUDR requirements.
We have obtained more than 147 patents, including 17 invention patents.

Every product undergoes raw material inspection, surface finish testing, hinge strength testing, soft-close life-cycle testing (50,000+ cycles), and load & durability testing before packing.
Our QC department strictly follows AQL international standards to ensure stable performance and consistent quality.
